Refund policy

Every Loosy In The Sky item is printed to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email accounts@parsonsco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or refund the item.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll replace it. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
